LSP Progressive Distributor

The LSP progressive distributor is a precision-engineered dosing block designed to evenly distribute lubricant (oil or NLGI-grade grease) to multiple lubrication points in a system. It functions as a monoblock progressive divider, ensuring each lubrication point receives the exact amount needed. Constructed from nickel-plated seamless steel, the LSP can withstand high working pressures up to 300 bar. It’s available in configurations with 6 to 22 outlet ports, each delivering 0.2 cm³ of lubricant per piston cycle. The design ensures that if one outlet becomes blocked, the entire system halts, which allows for immediate issue detection and system integrity. Optional components like visual indicators or electronic cycle sensors can be installed for real-time monitoring.
